1. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 These terms and conditions pertain to any products provided to you via this website or through telephonic or other electronic channels ("the Site") by Sehas LLC, operating as Bareeze Man ("Bareeze Man," "we," or "us"), to you, the customer or user of the Site ("you"). These terms and conditions, along with the order receipt and dispatch emails we send to you, constitute the agreement between you and us ("the Agreement").

1.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting revised terms and conditions on the Site. The terms and conditions applicable to your purchase will be those in effect at the time of the purchase.

1.3 These terms and conditions govern your purchases from us through the Site but do not apply to your general use of the Site. Please refer to our separate Website Terms of Use. Additionally, please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and utilize your personal information.

2. ORDERS

2.1 Refer to the Site for instructions on placing an order. Our ordering process enables you to review and correct any errors before finalizing your order. Please carefully review your order at each stage of the process.

2.2 Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email from us confirming receipt of your order. However, please note that acknowledgment does not imply acceptance of your order.

2.3 Our acceptance of your order is confirmed by sending you a dispatch confirmation email indicating that the products have been dispatched ("Confirmation"). The Contract between us is formed only upon sending the Confirmation.

2.4 In the event we cannot fulfill your order, such as due to stock unavailability, we will notify you via email and refrain from processing your order. Any payments made will be promptly refunded, including delivery charges.

3. PAYMENT AND PRICES

3.1 Payment authorization is required at the time of placing an order. We reserve the right to charge your payment method between order placement and order acceptance.

3.2 Product prices are clearly displayed on the Site. In case of pricing errors, we will notify you before accepting your order.

3.3 Product prices include applicable VAT at the prevailing rate in the UAE. Any changes in VAT rates between order and delivery will be adjusted accordingly.

3.4 Delivery charges are not included in the product price.

3.5 Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

4. AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCTS

4.1 Product availability is subject to change, and we do not guarantee continuous availability of items displayed on the Site.

4.2 We are not liable for the unavailability of specific items beyond our control.

4.3 Product packaging may differ from images on the website.

4.4 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While efforts are made to accurately display colors, variations may occur due to computer display settings.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Exact delivery dates may not be available at the time of ordering. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe, and further communication will be made once a specific date is determined.

5.2 While we aim for next-day delivery within the UAE for orders placed before 5PM, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Delivery charges are outlined on the Site.

5.4 While every effort will be made to adhere to agreed delivery dates, we are not liable for failures to deliver on specified dates or times.

5.5 Delivery will be made to the address provided in the order form, with delivery charges specified during checkout.

5.6 No deliveries are made on Fridays. Delivery is deemed completed upon receipt of products at the agreed address.

5.7 Delivery tracking is available through our delivery partner

6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

6.1 International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival at the destination. We bear no responsibility for these charges, as they are beyond our control.

6.2 You are responsible for settling any import duties and taxes. Please consult local customs authorities before placing international orders.

6.3 Compliance with destination country laws and regulations is your responsibility. We are not liable for any breaches of such laws.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

7.1 You may cancel or modify your orders before dispatch by contacting us at customercare@sehas.ae.

7.2 Refer to our returns and cancellation policy for details on your right to cancel orders without reason and how to exercise this right.

7.3 Personalized, perishable, or hygiene-related items may not be returned unless defective.

7.4 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, supplied products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

7.5 To exercise your legal rights regarding faulty products, notify us promptly upon discovering the defect. Return the product for a refund, repair, or replacement, with postage or collection costs covered by us.

8. OUR LIABILITY

8.1 If you are not a consumer as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, statutory warranties, conditions, or other terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.2 Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.

8.3 Claims regarding product defects must be reported promptly upon discovery, within 30 days of delivery, or within a reasonable time thereafter. Failure to notify us promptly waives your right to reject the products, and we bear no liability for such defects.

8.4 Defective products may be canceled for a refund within 30 days of delivery, or replaced or repaired thereafter, subject to demonstration of defects upon delivery.

8.5 We undertake to replace, repair, or refund defective products, but our liability is limited to the price of the items.

8.6 We are liable for foreseeable loss and damage arising from our actions. However, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or damages.

8.7 We are not liable for business-related losses resulting from product use for commercial purposes.

8.8 Our liability is limited to the price of the supplied items, except where prohibited by law.

8.9 Our liability is not excluded or limited where such exclusion or limitation is unlawful, including liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by UAE laws, with consumer rights enforced according to your country's laws.

9.2 Disputes will be resolved promptly and efficiently.

9.3 If court proceedings are initiated, they must be conducted within the UAE.

9.4 By using our site for purchases, you affirm authority to bind any relevant business.

9.5 Rights and obligations under a Contract may be transferred, without affecting your rights or our obligations.

9.6 This Contract is solely between you and us, with no third-party rights enforceable.

9.7 Each clause of these Terms operates independently, with invalid clauses not affecting others' validity.

9.8 Our failure to enforce obligations does not waive our rights.

9.9 We are not liable for breaches caused by circumstances beyond our control.
